The word aava is Finnish and translates somewhat wide open. It´s a rather poetic word which can be used to describe a quiet Finnish landscape, the silent sea or just vast possibilities.

aava vintage. is a small webshop selling carefully selected womens vintage and secondhand items with a gentle street twist and a slight sense of Scandinavian melancholy. We are wide open for anything from 1920´s vintage to 1990´s secondhand.

Our goal is to deliver unique and fun-to-wear clothes at a reasonable price, but we are also on a serious mission to give old clothes and accessories another go.
